Profile & Account Details

  • How do I change my email?
     To change your email, click the “setting” icon on the top right of the header. From there you should be able to see the option to update your email.

  • How do I change my password?
     To change your password, click on the “settings” icon on the top right of the header. From there you should be able to see the option to update your password.

  • How do I change my privacy settings?
     To change the privacy settings on your account, click on the “settings” icon on the top right of the header. From there you should see the field “Privacy Setting” click on that. From there you should be able to see the fields where you’re able to update your privacy settings.

Photos & Media

 

  • How do I change my profile picture?
    To upload an image to be your profile picture, click on your profile. From your profile you should be able to see your default profile image and once clicked on the image you should be able to upload an image as well as crop to fit the size.

  • How many profile pictures can I have?
     You are able to only show one profile picture at a time. You may upload additional photos of yourself from your “Photos”.

  • How do I hide my profile image?
    You are unable to hide your profile image. However you may change your privacy by updating the fields in “Privacy Settings”

  • Who can see my photos?
    Everyone will be able to see your photos and profile image.

Membership & Payments

  • What does it cost to be on this website?
    Users who are has passed our panel of judges will have access to the website for completely free. Users may upgrade to a gold membership to gain additional features.

  • Will I be billed automatically for my membership?
     Yes, you will be billed automatically every month. To stop auto-renewal simply, click on “Membership Status” on your profile and then the “cancel auto-renewal” link will stop the auto-renewal process.

  • Can I get a refund?
    We will refund your subscription amount if you make a multiple payment in error. Refunds will not be made if:

    • You cancel your membership or remove your profile during your subscription period
    • Your membership is suspended/terminated due to a breach of our Terms and Conditions
    • Unredeemed/declined gift subscriptions cannot be refunded, but can be added to your subscription, or gifted to someone else.

Messaging & Friends

  • How can I message other people?
     Messaging is only possible if you are a member. As a regular user you are limited to only receive messages but can’t not reply or send new messages out.

  • How do I add a friend?
     When you find a user who you want to become friends with there is a button on the top right where you’re able to click to add them as a friend.

  • Who can send me messages and who can I reply to?
     If you are a member than you will be able to message anyone and reply to any messages you receive. If you are not a member then you’re only able to receive messages.
